January 20, 2023 / 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Mediator Continuing Education – Rural Mediation
If you would like to mediate rural cases (this includes “stipend” cases from rural counties), please attend this webinar! We will go over the different culture, expectations, etc. that come up with these types of mediations. If you want to be on the rotation for rural cases, you are required to attend. (Please note that this is not for mediations involving the USDA directly.)
There is no fee for this course.
This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 5 hours, of which 0.50 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.
