Court Reporter Exhibits
Effective April 8, 2013, all court reporter exhibits are to be file pursuant to Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 75a and Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 13.1 are to be filed with the trial court clerk. Furthermore, pursuant to Code of Criminal Procedure Article 2.21(b) (1), firearms and contraband shall be released to the sheriff.
